Filtering Leave Request Table
Leave Request Data table can be filtered by:
Date Range: the date the request is for.
Department: can be one or multiple departments
Position: can be one or multiple positions
Leave Status: Approved, Unapproved, Request
Filtering Leave Request
Step 1: Click on Leave Manager
Step 2: Click on Leave Request
Step 3: Click on the filter icon
Filter Option 1: Date Duration
This option allows the user to select a date or a date range to only see Leave Requested for the select date option.
Filter Option 2: Department
This option will filter the data table by department selection. Users can select one or multiple departments to show only Leave Request from selected departments.
Filter Option 3: Position
Filter Leave Request by position when one or more positions are selected.
Filter Option 4: Status
Use the status option to select your desired status to filter all Leave Request by selected status.
5. Refresh Icon
This icon should be used when you would like your filtered option to be released to show all data.
NB: Try using a combination of filters to get the exact data you are looking for.
For example
Date Range: Jul 1-15 2021
Department: Sales
Position: Sales Clerk
Status: Request
This will filter the table for all Leave Request with the status Request sent by only Sales Clerks in the Sales Department for the dates Jul 1-15 2021.
