Data Manager Access

Data Manager's system access is all determined by the permissions given to that user. The pages they can access are as followers.

Employee Manager:

Data Manager System Access and Permission Options

Data Manager System Access

Section 1: Home Page

The home page showcases data only for employees within the Data Manager Department. It will show current day information on Who is present, who is late, and who is absent from work as well as who is scheduled to work.

Section 2: Employee Manager

Data Managers have access to viewing a list of employees within their department from the employee page. They will only be able to edit employee names, mobile numbers, passwords, and profile pictures.

Section 3: Timesheet

The timesheet page is will showcase only employees' attendance data that is part of the data manager department. The data manager permissions for this page would be based on the permissions set by the company admin. Permissions can be to add a timesheet to the system or request a timesheet approval, also to edit and delete timesheets or not able to edit and delete timesheets. Data managers can also view timesheet reports and report logs for their teams.

Section 4: Leave Manager

Leave Manager allows data managers to assist in the process of tracking and approving leave. They will only have access to their team and can only perform tasks based on the permission of ability to approve leave or not able to approve leave for their team. Some other pages they can access under leave management is:

  • My Leave: this will allow them to track their uncertified sick days, vacation leave, as well as submit a leave request for themselves to the department head.

  • Leave Request: This page houses all their department leave request.

  • Reports: will showcase summarized data on data manager team for leave type, uncertified sick, and employee leave report.

Section 5: Schedule Manager

  • Schedule: this section allows data managers to add a schedule. Based on the data manager permissions they can either publish schedules or send schedules to be published by department heads.

  • Shift Request: allow data managers to view and process shift requests from employees. They may not be able to approve shift requests. This is all determined by permissions given to the user.

  • My Shift Request: Each data manager will have access to their own shift request. They will be able to create, however, unable to approve their own shift request.

  • Attendance Report: data manager can view the attendance summary for all employees within their department. The reports can be filtered by date and exported.
