Employee Role Access
Employees can access the following from any device via their employee login:
Work Schedule
Shift Request
Leave Request
Employee Portal Access
Page 1: Home Page
Once the employees log in they will see their work schedule. They can use the date picker to filter work schedule by date. They can also view any schedule notes added by the manager or company admin.
NB: Employees can only view published schedules. Once they submit a shift request it will show up on the schedule as a request. Once they request leave it will show on the schedule as a leave request. If a leave or shift request is approved it will remain on schedule and the request icon will be removed. If the leave or shift request was denied, it will be removed from the schedule.
Page 2: Shift Request
Step 1: Click on Shift Request Page
Step 2: Click on + icon to add a shift request.
NB: All shift requests from employees will be visible to the department Data Managers for processing.
Page 3: Leave Request
Step 1: Click on Leave Request
Step 2: Click on the + icon to add a leave request.
NB: All Leave Requests will be visible to the department Data Manager or HR Manager for processing.
