Deleting Employees
HRMSAttend offers two options for editing employees. These options are:
Bulk Deleting: this option allows admin to multi-select employees to perform a bulk delete action of all selected employees.
Single Record Deleting: On each Employee record on the data table, a bin icon can be seen under the action’s column. This bin icon allows the admin to delete the record.
Single Record Delete Employee
Step 1: Click on Employee Manager
Step 2: Click on Employee
Step 3: Click on the Delete icon in the Action column for the record you wish to delete.
Bulk Delete Employees
Step 1: Click on Employee Manager
Step 2: Click on Employee
Step 3: Click on check all if you wish to select all records in the data table or select the check box next to each record you wish to delete.
Step 4: After performing step 3 the delete icon will auto-populate on the top right corner of the table. Click on it to delete all selected records.
